Axis Connects is seeking outstanding women leaders and one male champion to be recognized for their impact in Calgary’s business community. These awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional professional achievements, community involvement, and a strong commitment to the advancement of women—while also representing the diverse leadership needed to shape Alberta’s future. Let’s celebrate the leaders who are shaping a more inclusive and dynamic business landscape for all!

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Nominees must be based in the Calgary area
• Nominees must identify as female (except in the Male Champion category) 
• Nominees must be available to attend the Awards Gala on Thursday, April 29 2027

Key Dates and Nomination Details: 

• October 30, 2026: nominations are now open, and must be completed by October 30, 2026.
• November 27, 2026: shortlisted nominees will be contacted to provide more information. The deadline to complete this second phase will be November 27, 2026. 
• Nominations will then be sent for review by our Selection Committee, and winners will be announced March 8, 2027.
